With 22 years of experience in Pilates and over 16 years of teaching. I’m passionate about helping clients feel stronger and more connected to their bodies. I offer a highly personalised approach to Pilates, drawing from my diverse background in movement.

My training includes working in New York, teaching Pilates in London, becoming fully comprehensively trained with Stott Pilates in Toronto and studying Tai Chi, Qigong Kung Fu in China. This combination of training provides a distinctive edge to my instruction.

I blend the precision of Pilates with influences from Eastern practices, focusing on helping my clients achieve strength, flexibility and a sense of well-being. My background as a Pilates and Barre instructor, aswell as personal trainer allows me to to tailor sessions to exactly what your body needs, ensuring you experience the best of what movement can offer.

I find Pilates is more than a workout -it’s a way of dancing on the mat. Having studied a whole range of movement practices including ballet, tango and martial arts, I find Pilates to be the most effective and accessible way for people to move and connect to their body and it brings me joy to share that experience with others.
